Rugia wild strawberry
non-runner variety, remontant, high-yielding, frost-hardy. Fruits are elongated, pointed, deep red, and aromatic. Sow on a windowsill or in a heated tunnel in February–March, or in May–June directly into the ground mixed with peat and sand. Seeds germinate slowly (4–6 weeks). The planting remains in the same location for 2–3 years.
