Stonehead Cabbage (late variety)
A late variety recommended for sauerkraut, storage, and fresh consumption. The heads are compact, large, and spherical. It is characterized by exceptional flavor.
Growing season: 130–160 days. Sowing: April in a seedbed. Transplanting to the field from mid-May to mid-June. Harvest: September–October. Requires heavy fertilization and sufficient soil moisture.
