An easy-to-grow annual, ornamental herb with a wide range of uses. The leaves
and stems have a cucumber aroma and a tart flavor that adds a unique touch to many dishes. The leaves and flowers are rich in vitamin C and manganese. They stimulate metabolism and have anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and calming effects. Sow in clusters of 2 seeds
per spot at a depth of 0.5–2 cm from mid-March to October directly into the ground.
