An annual plant with aromatic, decorative leaves. Recommended for salads, hot dishes —especially Italian cuisine—and cottage cheese.
An excellent addition to casseroles, meat dishes, and fish. Has antidepressant properties and boosts energy. Sow in March–April in containers.
Transplant after May 15 to a sheltered, sunny location.
