Cortaderia selloana

the most impressive of all pampas grasses. in the fall, silvery-gray feathery inflorescences up to 50 cm long emerge from the center of a large clump of elongated leaves. the panicles retain their ornamental value for a long time after drying. excellent as a specimen plant for lawns,
near bodies of water. Sow in seed trays in March–May. Press the seeds into the soil and cover with a thin layer of growing medium. They germinate after 14–24 days at a temperature of 20–22°C. In winter, move the plants to a cool, bright room.
