A mid-early variety, very high-yielding. Highly valued by consumers for its taste. Slightly pungent flavor, high sugar content. Bulbs are round to slightly oval, smooth. Suitable for very long-term storage. Recommended for growing in home gardens and allotments for green onions, bunch harvesting, or harvesting mature bulbs. Requires fertile, well-cultivated soil. Sow 1 cm deep from mid-March to April.
