Green Twister Echinacea
Echinacea purpurea
A new, fascinating variety with lime-green petal tips and intensely pink centers. This perennial is a favorite among butterflies and pollinating insects. It looks stunning when paired with ornamental grasses and in naturalistic gardens. The root, leaves, and flowers contain tonic substances that stimulate the body. The flowers and leaves can be used to make tea for colds. Sow directly into the ground in April–June or in the fall in September.
