• Before planting, soak the plant in water, which will make the roots more flexible,
• Carefully cut the old pot open with scissors,
• remove the old potting mix, and rinse the exposed roots in water,
• cut off any dead or damaged roots,
• add drainage material to the bottom of the new pot, such as Biovita expanded clay,
• place the orchid in the new pot; don’t forget the support,
• cover the plant’s roots with Biovita potting mix, making sure the aerial roots remain exposed.
