Kapral kale (mid-early)
A mid-early variety growing to 40–60 cm tall, resistant to lodging and low temperatures (down to -15°C). Large, curly leaf rosette. Leaves are suitable for direct consumption like spinach and for garnishing dishes; rich in vitamins A and C as well as micronutrients, very nutritious. When harvested after a frost, they are more tender and free of bitterness.
