attachment to bike frame: wrap the included strap around the frame and hook it onto the clip on the other side.
To replace the batteries, remove the cover, take out the battery compartment, and insert the batteries as indicated. Replace the compartment and close the cover.
To select a mode or turn off the device, press the power button several times until the desired mode is selected.
