Albin Celery Root

A mid-early variety producing very large, spherical tubers. The flesh is white, firm, and free of hollows. It does not change color after canning. This variety is intended for fall harvest and stores very well through the winter. It requires fertile, well-drained soil. Plant in the permanent location in May–June.
